Hey there readers, writers and fellow earth-dwellers

writing for me is primarily a form of therapy; i'm a photographer by trade, love what the camera can do, but sometimes those thousand words aren't enough to get it all out.  It's been a while since i've written anything new, at this point i'm posting some older pieces that i've written (am actually having to re-type them, as i only seem to have hard copies!) just to get me back into the right sorta head-space for expression.

this is a whole new world to me, this world of hubs; i'm excited to be here, and look forward to learning the ropes.  Any advice you may have, please throw it my way-- I'm here to learn!
